Features:
This modern contemporary home was designed with light and space in mind. The lower floor consists of sitting room, games room with wet bar, laundry, 2 bedrooms & guest bedroom with ensuite. All have 3m high ceilings to create the feeling of space. The upper floor has a study, dining room, master bedroom with large ensuite, kitchen & lounge. The lounge & dining room open up onto the large timber floored balcony with built in BBQ, via bi-fold doors. Sliding doors from the master bedroom also lead onto the balcony which includes a wood fired Jetmaster heater. Centrally located on the upper floor is a raised roof section with windows to add light & space. The external walls consist of rendered brick & foam, with limestone feature walls and pillars. The design is a credit to Nicky the home owner and Terry from Tecton. |
