Features:
This uniquely designed
pavilion style home consists of three main wings, separating the master
suites, living areas and childrens wing.
The exterior is a
combination of vertical cedar cladding and 'Smartrock' stone facing. Two
narrow ponds and tastefully shaped decks are a feature upon arrival and
connect cleverly to the rear entertaining area.
Victorian Ash flooring
dominates the interior amidst an array of stone tops, timber veneer walls
and 3m plus ceilings giving an earthy open feeling.
The large central
living area is encased in treated glass, which looks out onto the rear
deck, pool and tennis court.
An absolute credit
to David Dennis and a likely entrant in the 2004 HIA awards.
