This clever and uniquely designed home is another of Graham Jones' masterpieces.

Its exterior is a combination of flat and curved roofs and rendered columns. The external cladding is C&M sandstone blockwork to top of windows and Hardiflex with strapping above.

The garage and entry columns are rendered with cedar infill panels and garage door.

The interior boasts curved feature walls, Tasmanian oak floors and large open plan living with courtyard spa.

Set on a 1400m sq block the entire home consists of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two powderooms, two living areas and a study.
