The exterior cladding of the home is a combination of "Australand" blockwork, grooved plyclad, corrugated colour bond iron * double glazed windows & doors. The fully glazed entry level is mid way between the upper and lower floors. This level comprises of an entrance, study & powder room. This level has feature glass hand / wall, a stone feature wall & spotted gum flooring. Adjoining the entry is the car garage, which is 2 steps down. The lower level has 2 bedroom (1 with views of the bay), a bathroom, laundry, powder room & a large living area with kitchenette. The living area leads out onto the expansive spotted gum deck area via large sliding doors. Under this deck, there are 3 large water tanks. Feature are spotted gum flooring, internal windows to bathroom and a laundry chute from walk in robe. The upper level has the master bedroom, ensuite, walk in robe, powder room, dining, kitchen, pantry & living area. Most of these areas have bay views. A large tiled deck is accessible via the dining, living & master bedroom. Features are spotted gum flooring, raised raked ceilings, high light windows, stone topped detailed cabinetry, stone clad feature wall & a feature fire place. |
